"The taxi driver service was 10/10 he was on time and very helpful. The call centre for Txicode on the other hand was not good at all. I mistakenly deleted my confirmation email and therefore had no booking reference. I called Taxicode to ask them to resend the booking confirmation. After 29 minutes of them searching they could not dub my details which was very worrying. I was told to email the help desk and see if they could search my booking.
Luckily I found the deleted email myself with the booking reference. I called them back and quoted the number and they found me straight away"
