"Although the replacement driver was very courteous and very nice, your original driver cancelled the ride five minutes before he was due to arrive terrible service we were left stood for 15 minutes until until 11:45 for the replacement to turn up I’ve used Uber a few times before never had a problem. This was unacceptable. I gave the replacement driver a £5 tip more out of relief that we got back to our hotel than anything."
